Tour Overview

The starting point of the excursion is the city of Rethymno at approximately 09:00 am.

We will first pass via Giannoudi village on our way to the Prasses Gorge, where you will have the opportunity to witness the unusual vultures that live there. Then we proceed to Fragma Potamon, which is one of the island’s finest and most expensive structures, as well as one of its most beautiful. It’s an excellent location for photography. Karines village is known for its hospitality and the traditions that have remained untouched over time.

Next stop is the historical village of Spili, with its famous lion-head fountains that pour cold water from the mountain all year long.

After that, we will cross through some small traditional villages, such as Mourne and Kerame. Wewill stop at a traditional tavern, where you will taste the best of Cretan cuisine while sipping unlimited pure Cretan wine.

Continuing the route, we will have the opportunity to visit Preveli, one of the most beautiful and clean beaches in southern Crete. Preveli is an exotic place with a magical landscape provided by a palm tree forest and crystal-clear blue waters.

Kourtaliotis Gorge is our next stop where you can admire the wild side of Cretan nature.

Finally, after passing through some lovely villages such as Armeni and Koxare, you will arrive at the Three Monasteries, where the breathtaking view of Rethymnon will captivate you.

And somewhere along the way, our journey arrives at its final destination, which is none ither than Rethymnon, at around 5:00 p.m.
