Your day begins from the breathtaking beach of Elafonissi with its shallow, clear water, fine white sand.

Afterwards prepare yourselves for the wild route to mountain Vouxa: there is 8km of difficult dirt track to get to the national park by our safe 4×4 bus. The trip would be tough, but the amazing landscape around you will repay you for any effort. Rocky scenery on the one hand, refreshing light blue scenery on the other.

Arriving on the top you have the opportunity to take the best “selfie” of your vacation: a panoramic photo of Balos and Gramvousa. Balos Lagoon is simply beautiful. Really stunning & a complete paradise for swimmers. One of the best Crete day tours end full of memories!

Know before you go: The walk down & up again from the beach is not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues & in height of summer. We would recommend the versions of Gramvousa-Balos cruise and Elafonissi beach.
