Tour Overview

There are two daily safaris, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, where you can enjoy an exciting and fun experience.

(Both routes are the same, or sometimes can differ if the group has experience on driving.)

ROUTE 1: 09:30 – 13:30

ROUTE 2: 16:00 – 20:00

You depart from the base in Rethymno on a path that leads up into the Cretan mountains. To get to the next destination, you will have to pass through stunning natural gorges with amazing archaeological formations and cross shallow rivers. You will encounter some incredible wildlife and visit traditional 11^th to 12^th Cretan villages that are not on the map. Several stops will be made during the safari, including one at a traditional Cretan kafenion.

All the vehicles are thoroughly checked before departure.
